What is an "off-center" workout and how much weight should you use?

Kettlecrush is an off-center workout. What exactly is “off-center”? It means that you are using the kettlebell to disrupt balance which in turn activates your core muscles to compensate. The weight of the kettle bell you use is much less important than executing each move with the proper form. I’m over 6 foot and use between 5-12 pounds depending on the area of the body that I’m exercising. I’ll guide you during each video or training session what range of weights you should use.
